שִׁמְע֥וּשִׁמְע֥וּ דְבַרדְבַר יְהוָ֖היְהוָ֖ה בְּנֵ֣יבְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ליִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל כִּ֣יכִּ֣י רִ֤יברִ֤יב לַֽ/יהוָה֙לַֽ/יהוָה֙ עִםעִם יוֹשְׁבֵ֣ייוֹשְׁבֵ֣י הָ/אָ֔רֶץהָ/אָ֔רֶץ כִּ֠יכִּ֠י אֵיןאֵין אֱמֶ֧תאֱמֶ֧ת וְֽ/אֵיןוְֽ/אֵין חֶ֛סֶדחֶ֛סֶד וְ/אֵֽיןוְ/אֵֽין דַּ֥עַתדַּ֥עַת אֱלֹהִ֖יםאֱלֹהִ֖ים בָּ/אָֽרֶץבָּ/אָֽרֶץ
<주께서 이스라엘을 규탄하시다>이스라엘 자손들아 여호와의 말씀을 들으라 여호와께서 이 땅 주민과 논쟁하시나니 이 땅에는 진실도 없고 인애도 없고 하나님을 아는 지식도 없고
Hear the word of the LORD, O people of Israel! The LORD has filed a lawsuit against you, saying: "There is no faithfulness, no kindness, no knowledge of God in your land.

אָלֹ֣האָלֹ֣ה וְ/כַחֵ֔שׁוְ/כַחֵ֔שׁ וְ/רָצֹ֥חַוְ/רָצֹ֥חַ וְ/גָנֹ֖בוְ/גָנֹ֖ב וְ/נָאֹ֑ףוְ/נָאֹ֑ף פָּרָ֕צוּפָּרָ֕צוּ וְ/דָמִ֥יםוְ/דָמִ֥ים בְּ/דָמִ֖יםבְּ/דָמִ֖ים נָגָֽעוּנָגָֽעוּ
오직 저주와 속임과 살인과 도둑질과 간음뿐이요 포악하여 피가 피를 뒤이음이라
You curse and lie and kill and steal and commit adultery. There is violence everywhere, with one murder after another.

עַלעַל כֵּ֣ןכֵּ֣ן תֶּאֱבַ֣לתֶּאֱבַ֣ל הָ/אָ֗רֶץהָ/אָ֗רֶץ וְ/אֻמְלַל֙וְ/אֻמְלַל֙ כָּלכָּל יוֹשֵׁ֣ביוֹשֵׁ֣ב בָּ֔/הּבָּ֔/הּ בְּ/חַיַּ֥תבְּ/חַיַּ֥ת הַ/שָּׂדֶ֖ההַ/שָּׂדֶ֖ה וּ/בְ/ע֣וֹףוּ/בְ/ע֣וֹף הַ/שָּׁמָ֑יִםהַ/שָּׁמָ֑יִם וְ/גַםוְ/גַם דְּגֵ֥ידְּגֵ֥י הַ/יָּ֖םהַ/יָּ֖ם יֵאָסֵֽפוּיֵאָסֵֽפוּ
그러므로 이 땅이 슬퍼하며 거기 사는 자와 들짐승과 공중에 나는 새가 다 쇠잔할 것이요 바다의 고기도 없어지리라
That is why your land is not producing. It is filled with sadness, and all living things are becoming sick and dying. Even the animals, birds, and fish have begun to disappear.

אַ֥ךְאַ֥ךְ אִ֛ישׁאִ֛ישׁ אַלאַל יָרֵ֖ביָרֵ֖ב וְ/אַלוְ/אַל יוֹכַ֣חיוֹכַ֣ח אִ֑ישׁאִ֑ישׁ וְ/עַמְּ/ךָ֖וְ/עַמְּ/ךָ֖ כִּ/מְרִיבֵ֥יכִּ/מְרִיבֵ֥י כֹהֵֽןכֹהֵֽן
<주께서 백성과 제사장을 심판하시다>그러나 어떤 사람이든지 다투지도 말며 책망하지도 말라 네 백성들이 제사장과 다투는 자처럼 되었음이니라
"Don't point your finger at someone else and try to pass the blame! Look, you priests, my complaint is with you!

וְ/כָשַׁלְתָּ֣וְ/כָשַׁלְתָּ֣ הַ/יּ֔וֹםהַ/יּ֔וֹם וְ/כָשַׁ֧לוְ/כָשַׁ֧ל גַּםגַּם נָבִ֛יאנָבִ֛יא עִמְּ/ךָ֖עִמְּ/ךָ֖ לָ֑יְלָהלָ֑יְלָה וְ/דָמִ֖יתִיוְ/דָמִ֖יתִי אִמֶּֽ/ךָאִמֶּֽ/ךָ
너는 낮에 넘어지겠고 너와 함께 있는 선지자는 밤에 넘어지리라 내가 네 어머니를 멸하리라
As a sentence for your crimes, you will stumble in broad daylight, just as you might at night, and so will your false prophets. And I will destroy your mother, Israel.

נִדְמ֥וּנִדְמ֥וּ עַמִּ֖/יעַמִּ֖/י מִ/בְּלִ֣ימִ/בְּלִ֣י הַ/דָּ֑עַתהַ/דָּ֑עַת כִּֽיכִּֽי אַתָּ֞האַתָּ֞ה הַ/דַּ֣עַתהַ/דַּ֣עַת מָאַ֗סְתָּמָאַ֗סְתָּ וְ/אֶמְאָֽסְא/ךָ֙וְ/אֶמְאָֽסְא/ךָ֙ מִ/כַּהֵ֣ןמִ/כַּהֵ֣ן לִ֔/ילִ֔/י וַ/תִּשְׁכַּח֙וַ/תִּשְׁכַּח֙ תּוֹרַ֣תתּוֹרַ֣ת אֱלֹהֶ֔י/ךָאֱלֹהֶ֔י/ךָ אֶשְׁכַּ֥חאֶשְׁכַּ֥ח בָּנֶ֖י/ךָבָּנֶ֖י/ךָ גַּםגַּם אָֽנִיאָֽנִי
내 백성이 지식이 없으므로 망하는도다 네가 지식을 버렸으니 나도 너를 버려 내 제사장이 되지 못하게 할 것이요 네가 네 하나님의 율법을 잊었으니 나도 네 자녀들을 잊어버리리라
My people are being destroyed because they don't know me. It is all your fault, you priests, for you yourselves refuse to know me. Now I refuse to recognize you as my priests. Since you have forgotten the laws of your God, I will forget to bless your children.

כְּ/רֻבָּ֖/םכְּ/רֻבָּ֖/ם כֵּ֣ןכֵּ֣ן חָֽטְאוּחָֽטְאוּ לִ֑/ילִ֑/י כְּבוֹדָ֖/םכְּבוֹדָ֖/ם בְּ/קָל֥וֹןבְּ/קָל֥וֹן אָמִֽיראָמִֽיר
그들은 번성할수록 내게 그들의 영화를 변하여 욕이 되게 하리라
The more priests there are, the more they sin against me. They have exchanged the glory of God for the disgrace of idols.

חַטַּ֥אתחַטַּ֥את עַמִּ֖/יעַמִּ֖/י יֹאכֵ֑לוּיֹאכֵ֑לוּ וְ/אֶלוְ/אֶל עֲוֺנָ֖/םעֲוֺנָ֖/ם יִשְׂא֥וּיִשְׂא֥וּ נַפְשֽׁ/וֹנַפְשֽׁ/וֹ
그들이 내 백성의 속죄제물을 먹고 그 마음을 그들의 죄악에 두는도다
"The priests get fed when the people sin and bring their sin offerings to them. So the priests are glad when the people sin!
9
וְ/הָיָ֥הוְ/הָיָ֥ה כָ/עָ֖םכָ/עָ֖ם כַּ/כֹּהֵ֑ןכַּ/כֹּהֵ֑ן וּ/פָקַדְתִּ֤יוּ/פָקַדְתִּ֤י עָלָי/ו֙עָלָי/ו֙ דְּרָכָ֔י/ודְּרָכָ֔י/ו וּ/מַעֲלָלָ֖י/ווּ/מַעֲלָלָ֖י/ו אָשִׁ֥יבאָשִׁ֥יב לֽ/וֹלֽ/וֹ
장차는 백성이나 제사장이나 동일함이라 내가 그들의 행실대로 벌하며 그들의 행위대로 갚으리라
'Like priests, like people'-- since the priests are wicked, the people are wicked, too. So now I will punish both priests and people for all their wicked deeds.
10
וְ/אָֽכְלוּ֙וְ/אָֽכְלוּ֙ וְ/לֹ֣אוְ/לֹ֣א יִשְׂבָּ֔עוּיִשְׂבָּ֔עוּ הִזְנ֖וּהִזְנ֖וּ יִפְרֹ֑צוּיִפְרֹ֑צוּ כִּֽיכִּֽי אֶתאֶת יְהוָ֥היְהוָ֥ה עָזְב֖וּעָזְב֖וּ לִ/שְׁמֹֽרלִ/שְׁמֹֽר
그들이 먹어도 배부르지 아니하며 음행하여도 수효가 늘지 못하니 이는 여호와를 버리고 따르지 아니하였음이니라
They will eat and still be hungry. Though they do a big business as prostitutes, they will have no children, for they have deserted the LORD to worship other gods.
11
זְנ֛וּתזְנ֛וּת וְ/יַ֥יִןוְ/יַ֥יִן וְ/תִיר֖וֹשׁוְ/תִיר֖וֹשׁ יִֽקַּֽחיִֽקַּֽח לֵֽבלֵֽב
<이교 예배를 책망하시다>음행과 묵은 포도주와 새 포도주가 마음을 빼앗느니라
"Alcohol and prostitution have robbed my people of their brains.
12
עַמִּ/י֙עַמִּ/י֙ בְּ/עֵצ֣/וֹבְּ/עֵצ֣/וֹ יִשְׁאָ֔ליִשְׁאָ֔ל וּ/מַקְל֖/וֹוּ/מַקְל֖/וֹ יַגִּ֣ידיַגִּ֣יד ל֑/וֹל֑/וֹ כִּ֣יכִּ֣י ר֤וּחַר֤וּחַ זְנוּנִים֙זְנוּנִים֙ הִתְעָ֔ההִתְעָ֔ה וַ/יִּזְנ֖וּוַ/יִּזְנ֖וּ מִ/תַּ֥חַתמִ/תַּ֥חַת אֱלֹהֵי/הֶֽםאֱלֹהֵי/הֶֽם
내 백성이 나무에게 묻고 그 막대기는 그들에게 고하나니 이는 그들이 음란한 마음에 미혹되어 하나님을 버리고 음행하였음이니라
They are asking a piece of wood to tell them what to do! They think a stick can tell them the future! Longing after idols has made them foolish. They have played the prostitute, serving other gods and deserting their God.
13
עַלעַל רָאשֵׁ֨ירָאשֵׁ֨י הֶ/הָרִ֜יםהֶ/הָרִ֜ים יְזַבֵּ֗חוּיְזַבֵּ֗חוּ וְ/עַלוְ/עַל הַ/גְּבָעוֹת֙הַ/גְּבָעוֹת֙ יְקַטֵּ֔רוּיְקַטֵּ֔רוּ תַּ֣חַתתַּ֣חַת אַלּ֧וֹןאַלּ֧וֹן וְ/לִבְנֶ֛הוְ/לִבְנֶ֛ה וְ/אֵלָ֖הוְ/אֵלָ֖ה כִּ֣יכִּ֣י ט֣וֹבט֣וֹב צִלָּ֑/הּצִלָּ֑/הּ כֵּ֗ןכֵּ֗ן תִּזְנֶ֨ינָה֙תִּזְנֶ֨ינָה֙ בְּנ֣וֹתֵי/כֶ֔םבְּנ֣וֹתֵי/כֶ֔ם וְ/כַלּוֹתֵי/כֶ֖םוְ/כַלּוֹתֵי/כֶ֖ם תְּנָאַֽפְנָהתְּנָאַֽפְנָה
그들이 산 꼭대기에서 제사를 드리며 작은 산 위에서 분향하되 참나무와 버드나무와 상수리나무 아래에서 하니 이는 그 나무 그늘이 좋음이라 이러므로 너희 딸들은 음행하며 너희 며느리들은 간음을 행하는도다
They offer sacrifices to idols on the tops of mountains. They go up into the hills to burn incense in the pleasant shade of oaks, poplars, and other trees. "That is why your daughters turn to prostitution, and your daughters-in-law commit adultery.

לֹֽאלֹֽא אֶפְק֨וֹדאֶפְק֨וֹד עַלעַל בְּנוֹתֵי/כֶ֜םבְּנוֹתֵי/כֶ֜ם כִּ֣יכִּ֣י תִזְנֶ֗ינָהתִזְנֶ֗ינָה וְ/עַלוְ/עַל כַּלּֽוֹתֵי/כֶם֙כַּלּֽוֹתֵי/כֶם֙ תְנָאַ֔פְנָהתְנָאַ֔פְנָה כִּיכִּי הֵם֙הֵם֙ עִםעִם הַ/זֹּנ֣וֹתהַ/זֹּנ֣וֹת יְפָרֵ֔דוּיְפָרֵ֔דוּ וְ/עִםוְ/עִם הַ/קְּדֵשׁ֖וֹתהַ/קְּדֵשׁ֖וֹת יְזַבֵּ֑חוּיְזַבֵּ֑חוּ וְ/עָ֥םוְ/עָ֥ם יָבִ֖יןיָבִ֖ין יִלָּבֵֽטיִלָּבֵֽט
너희 딸들이 음행하며 너희 며느리들이 간음하여도 내가 벌하지 아니하리니 이는 남자들도 창기와 함께 나가며 음부와 함께 희생을 드림이니라 깨닫지 못하는 백성은 망하리라
Why should I punish them? For you men are doing the same thing, sinning with whores and shrine prostitutes. O foolish people! You will be destroyed, for you refuse to understand.
15
אִםאִם זֹנֶ֤הזֹנֶ֤ה אַתָּה֙אַתָּה֙ יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ליִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל אַלאַל יֶאְשַׁ֖םיֶאְשַׁ֖ם יְהוּדָ֑היְהוּדָ֑ה וְ/אַלוְ/אַל תָּבֹ֣אוּתָּבֹ֣אוּ הַ/גִּלְגָּ֗להַ/גִּלְגָּ֗ל וְ/אַֽלוְ/אַֽל תַּעֲלוּ֙תַּעֲלוּ֙ בֵּ֣יתבֵּ֣ית אָ֔וֶןאָ֔וֶן תִּשָּׁבְע֖וּתִּשָּׁבְע֖וּ חַיחַי יְהוָֽהיְהוָֽה
이스라엘아 너는 음행하여도 유다는 죄를 범하지 못하게 할 것이라 너희는 길갈로 가지 말며 벧아웬으로 올라가지 말며 여호와의 사심을 두고 맹세하지 말지어다
"Though Israel is a prostitute, may Judah avoid such guilt. O Judah, do not join with those who worship me insincerely at Gilgal and at Beth-aven. Their worship is mere pretense as they take oaths in the LORD's name.
16
כִּ֚יכִּ֚י כְּ/פָרָ֣הכְּ/פָרָ֣ה סֹֽרֵרָ֔הסֹֽרֵרָ֔ה סָרַ֖רסָרַ֖ר יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ליִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל עַתָּה֙עַתָּה֙ יִרְעֵ֣/םיִרְעֵ֣/ם יְהוָ֔היְהוָ֔ה כְּ/כֶ֖בֶשׂכְּ/כֶ֖בֶשׂ בַּ/מֶּרְחָֽבבַּ/מֶּרְחָֽב
이스라엘은 완강한 암소처럼 완강하니 이제 여호와께서 어린 양을 넓은 들에서 먹임 같이 그들을 먹이시겠느냐
Israel is as stubborn as a heifer, so the LORD will put her out to pasture. She will stand alone and unprotected, like a helpless lamb in an open field.
17
חֲב֧וּרחֲב֧וּר עֲצַבִּ֛יםעֲצַבִּ֛ים אֶפְרָ֖יִםאֶפְרָ֖יִם הַֽנַּֽחהַֽנַּֽח לֽ/וֹלֽ/וֹ
에브라임이 우상과 연합하였으니 버려 두라
Leave her alone because she is married to idolatry.

סָ֖רסָ֖ר סָבְאָ֑/םסָבְאָ֑/ם הַזְנֵ֣ההַזְנֵ֣ה הִזְנ֔וּהִזְנ֔וּ אָהֲב֥וּאָהֲב֥וּ הֵב֛וּהֵב֛וּ קָל֖וֹןקָל֖וֹן מָגִנֶּֽי/הָמָגִנֶּֽי/הָ
그들이 마시기를 다 하고는 이어서 음행하였으며 그들은 부끄러운 일을 좋아하느니라
The men of Israel finish up their drinking bouts and off they go to find some prostitutes. Their love for shame is greater than their love for honor.
19
צָרַ֥רצָרַ֥ר ר֛וּחַר֛וּחַ אוֹתָ֖/הּאוֹתָ֖/הּ בִּ/כְנָפֶ֑י/הָבִּ/כְנָפֶ֑י/הָ וְ/יֵבֹ֖שׁוּוְ/יֵבֹ֖שׁוּ מִ/זִּבְחוֹתָֽ/םמִ/זִּבְחוֹתָֽ/ם
바람이 그 날개로 그를 쌌나니 그들이 그 제물로 말미암아 부끄러운 일을 당하리라
So a mighty wind will sweep them away. They will die in shame because they offer sacrifices to idols.
