הַ/מַּשָׂא֙הַ/מַּשָׂא֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ראֲשֶׁ֣ר חָזָ֔החָזָ֔ה חֲבַקּ֖וּקחֲבַקּ֖וּק הַ/נָּבִֽיאהַ/נָּבִֽיא
선지자 하박국이 묵시로 받은 경고라
This is the message that the prophet Habakkuk received from the LORD in a vision.

עַדעַד אָ֧נָהאָ֧נָה יְהוָ֛היְהוָ֛ה שִׁוַּ֖עְתִּישִׁוַּ֖עְתִּי וְ/לֹ֣אוְ/לֹ֣א תִשְׁמָ֑עתִשְׁמָ֑ע אֶזְעַ֥קאֶזְעַ֥ק אֵלֶ֛י/ךָאֵלֶ֛י/ךָ חָמָ֖סחָמָ֖ס וְ/לֹ֥אוְ/לֹ֥א תוֹשִֽׁיעַתוֹשִֽׁיעַ
<하박국의 호소>여호와여 내가 부르짖어도 주께서 듣지 아니하시니 어느 때까지리이까 내가 강포로 말미암아 외쳐도 주께서 구원하지 아니하시나이다
How long, O LORD, must I call for help? But you do not listen! "Violence!" I cry, but you do not come to save.

לָ֣/מָּהלָ֣/מָּה תַרְאֵ֤/נִיתַרְאֵ֤/נִי אָ֨וֶן֙אָ֨וֶן֙ וְ/עָמָ֣לוְ/עָמָ֣ל תַּבִּ֔יטתַּבִּ֔יט וְ/שֹׁ֥דוְ/שֹׁ֥ד וְ/חָמָ֖סוְ/חָמָ֖ס לְ/נֶגְדִּ֑/ילְ/נֶגְדִּ֑/י וַ/יְהִ֧יוַ/יְהִ֧י רִ֦יברִ֦יב וּ/מָד֖וֹןוּ/מָד֖וֹן יִשָּֽׂאיִשָּֽׂא
어찌하여 내게 죄악을 보게 하시며 패역을 눈으로 보게 하시나이까 겁탈과 강포가 내 앞에 있고 변론과 분쟁이 일어났나이다
Must I forever see this sin and misery all around me? Wherever I look, I see destruction and violence. I am surrounded by people who love to argue and fight.

עַלעַל כֵּן֙כֵּן֙ תָּפ֣וּגתָּפ֣וּג תּוֹרָ֔התּוֹרָ֔ה וְ/לֹֽאוְ/לֹֽא יֵצֵ֥איֵצֵ֥א לָ/נֶ֖צַחלָ/נֶ֖צַח מִשְׁפָּ֑טמִשְׁפָּ֑ט כִּ֤יכִּ֤י רָשָׁע֙רָשָׁע֙ מַכְתִּ֣ירמַכְתִּ֣יר אֶתאֶת הַ/צַּדִּ֔יקהַ/צַּדִּ֔יק כֵּ֛ןכֵּ֛ן מִשְׁפָּ֖טמִשְׁפָּ֖ט מְעֻקָּֽלמְעֻקָּֽל
이러므로 율법이 해이하고 정의가 전혀 시행되지 못하오니 이는 악인이 의인을 에워쌌으므로 정의가 굽게 행하여짐이니이다
The law has become paralyzed and useless, and there is no justice given in the courts. The wicked far outnumber the righteous, and justice is perverted with bribes and trickery.

רְא֤וּרְא֤וּ בַ/גּוֹיִם֙בַ/גּוֹיִם֙ וְֽ/הַבִּ֔יטוּוְֽ/הַבִּ֔יטוּ וְ/הִֽתַּמְּה֖וּוְ/הִֽתַּמְּה֖וּ תְּמָ֑הוּתְּמָ֑הוּ כִּיכִּי פֹ֨עַל֙פֹ֨עַל֙ פֹּעֵ֣לפֹּעֵ֣ל בִּֽ/ימֵי/כֶ֔םבִּֽ/ימֵי/כֶ֔ם לֹ֥אלֹ֥א תַאֲמִ֖ינוּתַאֲמִ֖ינוּ כִּ֥יכִּ֥י יְסֻפָּֽריְסֻפָּֽר
<주의 대답>여호와께서 이르시되 너희는 여러 나라를 보고 또 보고 놀라고 또 놀랄지어다 너희의 생전에 내가 한 가지 일을 행할 것이라 누가 너희에게 말할지라도 너희가 믿지 아니하리라
The LORD replied, "Look at the nations and be amazed! Watch and be astounded at what I will do! For I am doing something in your own day, something you wouldn't believe even if someone told you about it.

כִּֽיכִּֽי הִנְ/נִ֤יהִנְ/נִ֤י מֵקִים֙מֵקִים֙ אֶתאֶת הַ/כַּשְׂדִּ֔יםהַ/כַּשְׂדִּ֔ים הַ/גּ֖וֹיהַ/גּ֖וֹי הַ/מַּ֣רהַ/מַּ֣ר וְ/הַ/נִּמְהָ֑רוְ/הַ/נִּמְהָ֑ר הַֽ/הוֹלֵךְ֙הַֽ/הוֹלֵךְ֙ לְ/מֶרְחֲבֵילְ/מֶרְחֲבֵי אֶ֔רֶץאֶ֔רֶץ לָ/רֶ֖שֶׁתלָ/רֶ֖שֶׁת מִשְׁכָּנ֥וֹתמִשְׁכָּנ֥וֹת לֹּאלֹּא לֽ/וֹלֽ/וֹ
보라 내가 사납고 성급한 백성 곧 땅이 넓은 곳으로 다니며 자기의 소유가 아닌 거처들을 점령하는 갈대아 사람을 일으켰나니
I am raising up the Babylonians to be a new power on the world scene. They are a cruel and violent nation who will march across the world and conquer it.

אָיֹ֥םאָיֹ֥ם וְ/נוֹרָ֖אוְ/נוֹרָ֖א ה֑וּאה֑וּא מִמֶּ֕/נּוּמִמֶּ֕/נּוּ מִשְׁפָּט֥/וֹמִשְׁפָּט֥/וֹ וּ/שְׂאֵת֖/וֹוּ/שְׂאֵת֖/וֹ יֵצֵֽאיֵצֵֽא
그들은 두렵고 무서우며 당당함과 위엄이 자기들에게서 나오며
They are notorious for their cruelty. They do as they like, and no one can stop them.

וְ/קַלּ֨וּוְ/קַלּ֨וּ מִ/נְּמֵרִ֜יםמִ/נְּמֵרִ֜ים סוּסָ֗י/וסוּסָ֗י/ו וְ/חַדּוּ֙וְ/חַדּוּ֙ מִ/זְּאֵ֣בֵימִ/זְּאֵ֣בֵי עֶ֔רֶבעֶ֔רֶב וּ/פָ֖שׁוּוּ/פָ֖שׁוּ פָּֽרָשָׁ֑י/ופָּֽרָשָׁ֑י/ו וּ/פָֽרָשָׁי/ו֙וּ/פָֽרָשָׁי/ו֙ מֵ/רָח֣וֹקמֵ/רָח֣וֹק יָבֹ֔אוּיָבֹ֔אוּ יָעֻ֕פוּיָעֻ֕פוּ כְּ/נֶ֖שֶׁרכְּ/נֶ֖שֶׁר חָ֥שׁחָ֥שׁ לֶ/אֱכֽוֹללֶ/אֱכֽוֹל
그들의 군마는 표범보다 빠르고 저녁 이리보다 사나우며 그들의 마병은 먼 곳에서부터 빨리 달려오는 마병이라 마치 먹이를 움키려 하는 독수리의 날음과 같으니라
Their horses are swifter than leopards. They are a fierce people, more fierce than wolves at dusk. Their horsemen race forward from distant places. Like eagles they swoop down to pounce on their prey.

כֻּלֹּ/ה֙כֻּלֹּ/ה֙ לְ/חָמָ֣סלְ/חָמָ֣ס יָב֔וֹאיָב֔וֹא מְגַמַּ֥תמְגַמַּ֥ת פְּנֵי/הֶ֖םפְּנֵי/הֶ֖ם קָדִ֑ימָ/הקָדִ֑ימָ/ה וַ/יֶּאֱסֹ֥ףוַ/יֶּאֱסֹ֥ף כַּ/ח֖וֹלכַּ/ח֖וֹל שֶֽׁבִישֶֽׁבִי
그들은 다 강포를 행하러 오는데 앞을 향하여 나아가며 사람을 사로잡아 모으기를 모래 같이 많이 할 것이요
"On they come, all of them bent on violence. Their hordes advance like a wind from the desert, sweeping captives ahead of them like sand.
10
וְ/הוּא֙וְ/הוּא֙ בַּ/מְּלָכִ֣יםבַּ/מְּלָכִ֣ים יִתְקַלָּ֔סיִתְקַלָּ֔ס וְ/רֹזְנִ֖יםוְ/רֹזְנִ֖ים מִשְׂחָ֣קמִשְׂחָ֣ק ל֑/וֹל֑/וֹ ה֚וּאה֚וּא לְ/כָללְ/כָל מִבְצָ֣רמִבְצָ֣ר יִשְׂחָ֔קיִשְׂחָ֔ק וַ/יִּצְבֹּ֥רוַ/יִּצְבֹּ֥ר עָפָ֖רעָפָ֖ר וַֽ/יִּלְכְּדָֽ/הּוַֽ/יִּלְכְּדָֽ/הּ
왕들을 멸시하며 방백을 조소하며 모든 견고한 성들을 비웃고 흉벽을 쌓아 그것을 점령할 것이라
They scoff at kings and princes and scorn all their defenses. They simply pile ramps of earth against their walls and capture them!

אָ֣זאָ֣ז חָלַ֥ףחָלַ֥ף ר֛וּחַר֛וּחַ וַֽ/יַּעֲבֹ֖רוַֽ/יַּעֲבֹ֖ר וְ/אָשֵׁ֑םוְ/אָשֵׁ֑ם ז֥וּז֥וּ כֹח֖/וֹכֹח֖/וֹ לֵ/אלֹהֽ/וֹלֵ/אלֹהֽ/וֹ
그들은 자기들의 힘으로 자기들의 신으로 삼는 자들이라 이에 바람 같이 급히 몰아 지나치게 행하여 범죄하리라
They sweep past like the wind and are gone. But they are deeply guilty, for their own strength is their god."

הֲ/ל֧וֹאהֲ/ל֧וֹא אַתָּ֣האַתָּ֣ה מִ/קֶּ֗דֶםמִ/קֶּ֗דֶם יְהוָ֧היְהוָ֧ה אֱלֹהַ֛/יאֱלֹהַ֛/י קְדֹשִׁ֖/יקְדֹשִׁ֖/י לֹ֣אלֹ֣א נָמ֑וּתנָמ֑וּת יְהוָה֙יְהוָה֙ לְ/מִשְׁפָּ֣טלְ/מִשְׁפָּ֣ט שַׂמְתּ֔/וֹשַׂמְתּ֔/וֹ וְ/צ֖וּרוְ/צ֖וּר לְ/הוֹכִ֥יחַלְ/הוֹכִ֥יחַ יְסַדְתּֽ/וֹיְסַדְתּֽ/וֹ
<하박국이 다시 호소하다>선지자가 이르되 여호와 나의 하나님, 나의 거룩한 이시여 주께서는 만세 전부터 계시지 아니하시니이까 우리가 사망에 이르지 아니하리이다 여호와여 주께서 심판하기 위하여 그들을 두셨나이다 반석이시여 주께서 경계하기 위하여 그들을 세우셨나이다
O LORD my God, my Holy One, you who are eternal-- is your plan in all of this to wipe us out? Surely not! O LORD our Rock, you have decreed the rise of these Babylonians to punish and correct us for our terrible sins.

טְה֤וֹרטְה֤וֹר עֵינַ֨יִם֙עֵינַ֨יִם֙ מֵ/רְא֣וֹתמֵ/רְא֣וֹת רָ֔ערָ֔ע וְ/הַבִּ֥יטוְ/הַבִּ֥יט אֶלאֶל עָמָ֖לעָמָ֖ל לֹ֣אלֹ֣א תוּכָ֑לתוּכָ֑ל לָ֤/מָּהלָ֤/מָּה תַבִּיט֙תַבִּיט֙ בּֽוֹגְדִ֔יםבּֽוֹגְדִ֔ים תַּחֲרִ֕ישׁתַּחֲרִ֕ישׁ בְּ/בַלַּ֥עבְּ/בַלַּ֥ע רָשָׁ֖ערָשָׁ֖ע צַדִּ֥יקצַדִּ֥יק מִמֶּֽ/נּוּמִמֶּֽ/נּוּ
주께서는 눈이 정결하시므로 악을 차마 보지 못하시며 패역을 차마 보지 못하시거늘 어찌하여 거짓된 자들을 방관하시며 악인이 자기보다 의로운 사람을 삼키는데도 잠잠하시나이까
You are perfectly just in this. But will you, who cannot allow sin in any form, stand idly by while they swallow us up? Should you be silent while the wicked destroy people who are more righteous than they?
14
וַ/תַּעֲשֶׂ֥הוַ/תַּעֲשֶׂ֥ה אָדָ֖םאָדָ֖ם כִּ/דְגֵ֣יכִּ/דְגֵ֣י הַ/יָּ֑םהַ/יָּ֑ם כְּ/רֶ֖מֶשׂכְּ/רֶ֖מֶשׂ לֹאלֹא מֹשֵׁ֥למֹשֵׁ֥ל בּֽ/וֹבּֽ/וֹ
주께서 어찌하여 사람을 바다의 고기 같게 하시며 다스리는 자 없는 벌레 같게 하시나이까
Are we but fish to be caught and killed? Are we but creeping things that have no leader to defend them from their enemies?
15
כֻּלֹּ/ה֙כֻּלֹּ/ה֙ בְּ/חַכָּ֣הבְּ/חַכָּ֣ה הֵֽעֲלָ֔ההֵֽעֲלָ֔ה יְגֹרֵ֣/הוּיְגֹרֵ֣/הוּ בְ/חֶרְמ֔/וֹבְ/חֶרְמ֔/וֹ וְ/יַאַסְפֵ֖/הוּוְ/יַאַסְפֵ֖/הוּ בְּ/מִכְמַרְתּ֑/וֹבְּ/מִכְמַרְתּ֑/וֹ עַלעַל כֵּ֖ןכֵּ֖ן יִשְׂמַ֥חיִשְׂמַ֥ח וְ/יָגִֽילוְ/יָגִֽיל
그가 낚시로 모두 낚으며 그물로 잡으며 투망으로 모으고 그리고는 기뻐하고 즐거워하여
Must we be strung up on their hooks and dragged out in their nets while they rejoice?
16
עַלעַל כֵּן֙כֵּן֙ יְזַבֵּ֣חַיְזַבֵּ֣חַ לְ/חֶרְמ֔/וֹלְ/חֶרְמ֔/וֹ וִֽ/יקַטֵּ֖רוִֽ/יקַטֵּ֖ר לְ/מִכְמַרְתּ֑/וֹלְ/מִכְמַרְתּ֑/וֹ כִּ֤יכִּ֤י בָ/הֵ֨מָּה֙בָ/הֵ֨מָּה֙ שָׁמֵ֣ןשָׁמֵ֣ן חֶלְק֔/וֹחֶלְק֔/וֹ וּ/מַאֲכָל֖/וֹוּ/מַאֲכָל֖/וֹ בְּרִאָֽהבְּרִאָֽה
그물에 제사하며 투망 앞에 분향하오니 이는 그것을 힘입어 소득이 풍부하고 먹을 것이 풍성하게 됨이니이다
Then they will worship their nets and burn incense in front of them. "These nets are the gods who have made us rich!" they will claim.
17
הַ֥/עַלהַ֥/עַל כֵּ֖ןכֵּ֖ן יָרִ֣יקיָרִ֣יק חֶרְמ֑/וֹחֶרְמ֑/וֹ וְ/תָמִ֛ידוְ/תָמִ֛יד לַ/הֲרֹ֥גלַ/הֲרֹ֥ג גּוֹיִ֖םגּוֹיִ֖ם לֹ֥אלֹ֥א יַחְמֽוֹליַחְמֽוֹל
그가 그물을 떨고는 계속하여 여러 나라를 무자비하게 멸망시키는 것이 옳으니이까
Will you let them get away with this forever? Will they succeed forever in their heartless conquests?
