וַ/יְדַבֵּ֣רוַ/יְדַבֵּ֣ר אֱלֹהִ֔יםאֱלֹהִ֔ים אֵ֛תאֵ֛ת כָּלכָּל הַ/דְּבָרִ֥יםהַ/דְּבָרִ֥ים הָ/אֵ֖לֶּההָ/אֵ֖לֶּה לֵ/אמֹֽרלֵ/אמֹֽר
<십계명; 신5:1-21>하나님이 이 모든 말씀으로 말씀하여 이르시되
Then God instructed the people as follows:

אָֽנֹכִ֖יאָֽנֹכִ֖י יְהוָ֣היְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֑י/ךָאֱלֹהֶ֑י/ךָ אֲשֶׁ֧ראֲשֶׁ֧ר הוֹצֵאתִ֛י/ךָהוֹצֵאתִ֛י/ךָ מֵ/אֶ֥רֶץמֵ/אֶ֥רֶץ מִצְרַ֖יִםמִצְרַ֖יִם מִ/בֵּ֥יתמִ/בֵּ֥ית עֲבָדִֽיםעֲבָדִֽים
나는 너를 애굽 땅, 종 되었던 집에서 인도하여 낸 네 하나님 여호와니라
"I am the LORD your God, who rescued you from slavery in Egypt.

לֹֽ֣אלֹֽ֣א יִהְיֶֽהיִהְיֶֽה לְ/ךָ֛לְ/ךָ֛ אֱלֹהִ֥יםאֱלֹהִ֥ים אֲחֵרִ֖יםאֲחֵרִ֖ים עַלעַל פָּנָֽ/יַפָּנָֽ/יַ
너는 나 외에는 다른 신들을 네게 두지 말라
"Do not worship any other gods besides me.

לֹֽ֣אלֹֽ֣א תַֽעֲשֶׂ֨התַֽעֲשֶׂ֨ה לְ/ךָ֥לְ/ךָ֥ פֶ֨סֶל֙פֶ֨סֶל֙ וְ/כָלוְ/כָל תְּמוּנָ֔התְּמוּנָ֔ה אֲשֶׁ֤ראֲשֶׁ֤ר בַּ/שָּׁמַ֨יִם֙בַּ/שָּׁמַ֨יִם֙ מִ/מַּ֔עַלמִ/מַּ֔עַל וַ/אֲשֶׁ֥רוַ/אֲשֶׁ֥ר בָּ/אָ֖רֶץבָּ/אָ֖רֶץ מִ/תָּ֑חַתמִ/תָּ֑חַת בַּ/מַּ֖יִםבַּ/מַּ֖יִם מִ/תַּ֥חַתמִ/תַּ֥חַת לָ/אָֽרֶץלָ/אָֽרֶץ
너를 위하여 새긴 우상을 만들지 말고 또 위로 하늘에 있는 것이나 아래로 땅에 있는 것이나 땅 아래 풀 속에 있는 것의 어떤 형상도 만들지 말며
"Do not make idols of any kind, whether in the shape of birds or animals or fish.

לֹֽאלֹֽא תִשְׁתַּחֲוֶ֥התִשְׁתַּחֲוֶ֥ה לָ/הֶ֖םלָ/הֶ֖ם וְ/לֹ֣אוְ/לֹ֣א תָעָבְדֵ֑/םתָעָבְדֵ֑/ם כִּ֣יכִּ֣י אָֽנֹכִ֞יאָֽנֹכִ֞י יְהוָ֤היְהוָ֤ה אֱלֹהֶ֨י/ךָ֙אֱלֹהֶ֨י/ךָ֙ אֵ֣לאֵ֣ל קַנָּ֔אקַנָּ֔א פֹּ֠קֵדפֹּ֠קֵד עֲוֺ֨ןעֲוֺ֨ן אָבֹ֧תאָבֹ֧ת עַלעַל בָּנִ֛יםבָּנִ֛ים שִׁלֵּשִׁ֥יםשִׁלֵּשִׁ֥ים וְ/עַלוְ/עַל רִבֵּעִ֖יםרִבֵּעִ֖ים לְ/שֹׂנְאָֽ/ילְ/שֹׂנְאָֽ/י
그것들에게 절하지 말며 그것들을 섬기지 말라 나 네 하나님 여호와는 질투하는 하나님인즉 나를 미워하는 자의 죄를 갚되 아버지로부터 아들에게로 삼사 대까지 이르게 하거니와
You must never worship or bow down to them, for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God who will not share your affection with any other god! I do not leave unpunished the sins of those who hate me, but I punish the children for the sins of their parents to the third and fourth generations.

וְ/עֹ֥שֶׂהוְ/עֹ֥שֶׂה חֶ֖סֶדחֶ֖סֶד לַ/אֲלָפִ֑יםלַ/אֲלָפִ֑ים לְ/אֹהֲבַ֖/ילְ/אֹהֲבַ֖/י וּ/לְ/שֹׁמְרֵ֥יוּ/לְ/שֹׁמְרֵ֥י מִצְוֺתָֽ/ימִצְוֺתָֽ/י
나를 사랑하고 내 계명을 지키는 자에게는 천 대까지 은혜를 베푸느니라
But I lavish my love on those who love me and obey my commands, even for a thousand generations.

לֹ֥אלֹ֥א תִשָּׂ֛אתִשָּׂ֛א אֶתאֶת שֵֽׁםשֵֽׁם יְהוָ֥היְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶ֖י/ךָאֱלֹהֶ֖י/ךָ לַ/שָּׁ֑וְאלַ/שָּׁ֑וְא כִּ֣יכִּ֣י לֹ֤אלֹ֤א יְנַקֶּה֙יְנַקֶּה֙ יְהוָ֔היְהוָ֔ה אֵ֛תאֵ֛ת אֲשֶׁראֲשֶׁר יִשָּׂ֥איִשָּׂ֥א שְׁמ֖/וֹשְׁמ֖/וֹ לַ/שָּֽׁוְאלַ/שָּֽׁוְא
너는 네 하나님 여호와의 이름을 망령되게 부르지 말라 여호와는 그의 이름을 망령되게 부르는 자를 죄 없다 하지 아니하리라
"Do not misuse the name of the LORD your God. The LORD will not let you go unpunished if you misuse his name.

זָכ֛וֹרזָכ֛וֹר אֶתאֶת י֥וֹםי֥וֹם הַ/שַּׁבָּ֖תהַ/שַּׁבָּ֖ת לְ/קַדְּשֽׁ/וֹלְ/קַדְּשֽׁ/וֹ
안식일을 기억하여 거룩하게 지키라
"Remember to observe the Sabbath day by keeping it holy.

שֵׁ֤שֶׁתשֵׁ֤שֶׁת יָמִים֙יָמִים֙ תַּֽעֲבֹ֔דתַּֽעֲבֹ֔ד וְ/עָשִׂ֖יתָוְ/עָשִׂ֖יתָ כָּלכָּל מְלַאכְתֶּֽ/ךָמְלַאכְתֶּֽ/ךָ
엿새 동안은 힘써 네 모든 일을 행할 것이나
Six days a week are set apart for your daily duties and regular work,
10
וְ/י֨וֹם֙וְ/י֨וֹם֙ הַ/שְּׁבִיעִ֔יהַ/שְּׁבִיעִ֔י שַׁבָּ֖תשַׁבָּ֖ת לַ/יהוָ֣הלַ/יהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֑י/ךָאֱלֹהֶ֑י/ךָ לֹֽ֣אלֹֽ֣א תַעֲשֶׂ֨התַעֲשֶׂ֨ה כָלכָל מְלָאכָ֜המְלָאכָ֜ה אַתָּ֣האַתָּ֣ה וּ/בִנְ/ךָֽ֣וּ/בִנְ/ךָֽ֣ וּ/בִתֶּ֗/ךָוּ/בִתֶּ֗/ךָ עַבְדְּ/ךָ֤עַבְדְּ/ךָ֤ וַ/אֲמָֽתְ/ךָ֙וַ/אֲמָֽתְ/ךָ֙ וּ/בְהֶמְתֶּ֔/ךָוּ/בְהֶמְתֶּ֔/ךָ וְ/גֵרְ/ךָ֖וְ/גֵרְ/ךָ֖ אֲשֶׁ֥ראֲשֶׁ֥ר בִּ/שְׁעָרֶֽי/ךָבִּ/שְׁעָרֶֽי/ךָ
일곱째 날은 네 하나님 여호와의 안식일인즉 너나 네 아들이나 네 딸이나 네 남종이나 네 여종이나 네 가축이나 네 문안에 머무는 객이라도 아무 일도 하지 말라
but the seventh day is a day of rest dedicated to the LORD your God. On that day no one in your household may do any kind of work. This includes you, your sons and daughters, your male and female servants, your livestock, and any foreigners living among you.
11
כִּ֣יכִּ֣י שֵֽׁשֶׁתשֵֽׁשֶׁת יָמִים֩יָמִים֩ עָשָׂ֨העָשָׂ֨ה יְהוָ֜היְהוָ֜ה אֶתאֶת הַ/שָּׁמַ֣יִםהַ/שָּׁמַ֣יִם וְ/אֶתוְ/אֶת הָ/אָ֗רֶץהָ/אָ֗רֶץ הַ/יָּם֙הַ/יָּם֙ כָּלכָּל אֲשֶׁראֲשֶׁר בָּ֔/םבָּ֔/ם וַ/יָּ֖נַחוַ/יָּ֖נַח בַּ/יּ֣וֹםבַּ/יּ֣וֹם הַ/שְּׁבִיעִ֑יהַ/שְּׁבִיעִ֑י עַלעַל כֵּ֗ןכֵּ֗ן בֵּרַ֧ךְבֵּרַ֧ךְ יְהוָ֛היְהוָ֛ה י֥וֹםי֥וֹם הַ/שַּׁבָּ֖תהַ/שַּׁבָּ֖ת וַֽ/יְקַדְּשֵֽׁ/הוּוַֽ/יְקַדְּשֵֽׁ/הוּ
이는 엿새 동안에 나 여호와가 하늘과 땅과 바다와 그 가운데 모든 것을 만들고 일곱째 날에 쉬었음이라 그러므로 나 여호와가 안식일을 복되게 하여 그 날을 거룩하게 하였느니라
For in six days the LORD made the heavens, the earth, the sea, and everything in them; then he rested on the seventh day. That is why the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and set it apart as holy.
12
כַּבֵּ֥דכַּבֵּ֥ד אֶתאֶת אָבִ֖י/ךָאָבִ֖י/ךָ וְ/אֶתוְ/אֶת אִמֶּ֑/ךָאִמֶּ֑/ךָ לְמַ֨עַן֙לְמַ֨עַן֙ יַאֲרִכ֣וּ/ןיַאֲרִכ֣וּ/ן יָמֶ֔י/ךָיָמֶ֔י/ךָ עַ֚לעַ֚ל הָ/אֲדָמָ֔ההָ/אֲדָמָ֔ה אֲשֶׁראֲשֶׁר יְהוָ֥היְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶ֖י/ךָאֱלֹהֶ֖י/ךָ נֹתֵ֥ןנֹתֵ֥ן לָֽ/ךְלָֽ/ךְ
네 부모를 공경하라 그리하면 네 하나님 여호와가 네게 준 땅에서 네 생명이 길리라
"Honor your father and mother. Then you will live a long, full life in the land the LORD your God will give you.
13
לֹ֖אלֹ֖א תִּרְצָֽחתִּרְצָֽח
살인하지 살라
"Do not murder.
14
לֹ֖אלֹ֖א תִּנְאָֽףתִּנְאָֽף
간음하지 말라
"Do not commit adultery.
15
לֹ֖אלֹ֖א תִּגְנֹֽבתִּגְנֹֽב
도둑질하지 말라
"Do not steal.
16
לֹֽאלֹֽא תַעֲנֶ֥התַעֲנֶ֥ה בְ/רֵעֲ/ךָ֖בְ/רֵעֲ/ךָ֖ עֵ֥דעֵ֥ד שָֽׁקֶרשָֽׁקֶר
네 이웃에 대하여 거짓 증거하지 말라
"Do not testify falsely against your neighbor.
17
לֹ֥אלֹ֥א תַחְמֹ֖דתַחְמֹ֖ד בֵּ֣יתבֵּ֣ית רֵעֶ֑/ךָרֵעֶ֑/ךָ לֹֽאלֹֽא תַחְמֹ֞דתַחְמֹ֞ד אֵ֣שֶׁתאֵ֣שֶׁת רֵעֶ֗/ךָרֵעֶ֗/ךָ וְ/עַבְדּ֤/וֹוְ/עַבְדּ֤/וֹ וַ/אֲמָת/וֹ֙וַ/אֲמָת/וֹ֙ וְ/שׁוֹר֣/וֹוְ/שׁוֹר֣/וֹ וַ/חֲמֹר֔/וֹוַ/חֲמֹר֔/וֹ וְ/כֹ֖לוְ/כֹ֖ל אֲשֶׁ֥ראֲשֶׁ֥ר לְ/רֵעֶֽ/ךָלְ/רֵעֶֽ/ךָ
네 이웃의 집을 탐내지 말라 네 이웃의 아내나 그의 남종이나 그의 여종이나 그의 소나 그의 나귀나 무릇 네 이웃의 소유를 탐내지 말라
"Do not covet your neighbor's house. Do not covet your neighbor's wife, male or female servant, ox or donkey, or anything else your neighbor owns."

וְ/כָלוְ/כָל הָ/עָם֩הָ/עָם֩ רֹאִ֨יםרֹאִ֨ים אֶתאֶת הַ/קּוֹלֹ֜תהַ/קּוֹלֹ֜ת וְ/אֶתוְ/אֶת הַ/לַּפִּידִ֗םהַ/לַּפִּידִ֗ם וְ/אֵת֙וְ/אֵת֙ ק֣וֹלק֣וֹל הַ/שֹּׁפָ֔רהַ/שֹּׁפָ֔ר הָ/הָ֖רהָ/הָ֖ר עָשֵׁ֑ןעָשֵׁ֑ן וַ/יַּ֤רְאוַ/יַּ֤רְא הָ/עָם֙הָ/עָם֙ וַ/יָּנֻ֔עוּוַ/יָּנֻ֔עוּ וַ/יַּֽעַמְד֖וּוַ/יַּֽעַמְד֖וּ מֵֽ/רָחֹֽקמֵֽ/רָחֹֽק
<백성이 두려움에 사로잡히다; 신5:22-23>뭇 백성이 우레와 번개와 나팔 소리와 산의 연기를 본지라 그들이 볼 때에 떨며 멀리 서서
When the people heard the thunder and the loud blast of the horn, and when they saw the lightning and the smoke billowing from the mountain, they stood at a distance, trembling with fear.

וַ/יֹּֽאמְרוּ֙וַ/יֹּֽאמְרוּ֙ אֶלאֶל מֹשֶׁ֔המֹשֶׁ֔ה דַּבֵּרדַּבֵּר אַתָּ֥האַתָּ֥ה עִמָּ֖/נוּעִמָּ֖/נוּ וְ/נִשְׁמָ֑עָהוְ/נִשְׁמָ֑עָה וְ/אַלוְ/אַל יְדַבֵּ֥ריְדַבֵּ֥ר עִמָּ֛/נוּעִמָּ֛/נוּ אֱלֹהִ֖יםאֱלֹהִ֖ים פֶּןפֶּן נָמֽוּתנָמֽוּת
모세에게 이르되 당신이 우리에게 말씀하소서 우리가 들으리이다 하나님이 우리에게 말씀하시지 말게 하소서 우리가 죽을까 하나이다
And they said to Moses, "You tell us what God says, and we will listen. But don't let God speak directly to us. If he does, we will die!"
20
וַ/יֹּ֨אמֶרוַ/יֹּ֨אמֶר מֹשֶׁ֣המֹשֶׁ֣ה אֶלאֶל הָ/עָם֮הָ/עָם֮ אַלאַל תִּירָאוּ֒תִּירָאוּ֒ כִּ֗יכִּ֗י לְ/בַֽ/עֲבוּר֙לְ/בַֽ/עֲבוּר֙ נַסּ֣וֹתנַסּ֣וֹת אֶתְ/כֶ֔םאֶתְ/כֶ֔ם בָּ֖אבָּ֖א הָ/אֱלֹהִ֑יםהָ/אֱלֹהִ֑ים וּ/בַ/עֲב֗וּרוּ/בַ/עֲב֗וּר תִּהְיֶ֧התִּהְיֶ֧ה יִרְאָת֛/וֹיִרְאָת֛/וֹ עַלעַל פְּנֵי/כֶ֖םפְּנֵי/כֶ֖ם לְ/בִלְתִּ֥ילְ/בִלְתִּ֥י תֶחֱטָֽאוּתֶחֱטָֽאוּ
모세가 백성에게 이르되 두려워하지 말라 하나님이 임하심은 너희를 시험하고 너희로 경외하여 범죄하지 않게 하려 하심이니라
"Don't be afraid," Moses said, "for God has come in this way to show you his awesome power. From now on, let your fear of him keep you from sinning!"
21
וַ/יַּעֲמֹ֥דוַ/יַּעֲמֹ֥ד הָ/עָ֖םהָ/עָ֖ם מֵ/רָחֹ֑קמֵ/רָחֹ֑ק וּ/מֹשֶׁה֙וּ/מֹשֶׁה֙ נִגַּ֣שׁנִגַּ֣שׁ אֶלאֶל הָֽ/עֲרָפֶ֔להָֽ/עֲרָפֶ֔ל אֲשֶׁראֲשֶׁר שָׁ֖םשָׁ֖ם הָ/אֱלֹהִֽיםהָ/אֱלֹהִֽים
백성은 멀리 서 있고 모세는 하나님이 계신 흑암으로 가까이 가니라
As the people stood in the distance, Moses entered into the deep darkness where God was.
22
וַ/יֹּ֤אמֶרוַ/יֹּ֤אמֶר יְהוָה֙יְהוָה֙ אֶלאֶל מֹשֶׁ֔המֹשֶׁ֔ה כֹּ֥הכֹּ֥ה תֹאמַ֖רתֹאמַ֖ר בְּנֵ֣יבְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ליִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל אַתֶּ֣םאַתֶּ֣ם רְאִיתֶ֔םרְאִיתֶ֔ם כִּ֚יכִּ֚י מִןמִן הַ/שָּׁמַ֔יִםהַ/שָּׁמַ֔יִם דִּבַּ֖רְתִּידִּבַּ֖רְתִּי עִמָּ/כֶֽםעִמָּ/כֶֽם
<제단에 관한 법>여호와께서 모세에게 이르시되 너는 이스라엘 자손에게 이같이 이르라 내가 하늘로부터 너희에게 말하는 것을 너희 스스로 보았으니
And the LORD said to Moses, "Say this to the people of Israel: You are witnesses that I have spoken to you from heaven.
23
לֹ֥אלֹ֥א תַעֲשׂ֖וּ/ןתַעֲשׂ֖וּ/ן אִתִּ֑/יאִתִּ֑/י אֱלֹ֤הֵיאֱלֹ֤הֵי כֶ֨סֶף֙כֶ֨סֶף֙ וֵ/אלֹהֵ֣יוֵ/אלֹהֵ֣י זָהָ֔בזָהָ֔ב תַעֲשׂ֖וּתַעֲשׂ֖וּ לָ/כֶֽםלָ/כֶֽם
너희는 나를 비겨서 은으로나 금으로나 너희를 위하여 신상을 만들지 말고
Remember, you must not make or worship idols of silver or gold.

מִזְבַּ֣חמִזְבַּ֣ח אֲדָמָה֮אֲדָמָה֮ תַּעֲשֶׂהתַּעֲשֶׂה לִּ/י֒לִּ/י֒ וְ/זָבַחְתָּ֣וְ/זָבַחְתָּ֣ עָלָ֗י/ועָלָ֗י/ו אֶתאֶת עֹלֹתֶ֨י/ךָ֙עֹלֹתֶ֨י/ךָ֙ וְ/אֶתוְ/אֶת שְׁלָמֶ֔י/ךָשְׁלָמֶ֔י/ךָ צֹֽאנְ/ךָ֖צֹֽאנְ/ךָ֖ בְּקָרֶ֑/ךָבְּקָרֶ֑/ךָ בְּ/כָלבְּ/כָל הַ/מָּקוֹם֙הַ/מָּקוֹם֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ראֲשֶׁ֣ר אַזְכִּ֣יראַזְכִּ֣יר שְׁמִ֔/ישְׁמִ֔/י אָב֥וֹאאָב֥וֹא אֵלֶ֖י/ךָאֵלֶ֖י/ךָ וּ/בֵרַכְתִּֽי/ךָוּ/בֵרַכְתִּֽי/ךָ
내게 토단을 쌓고 그 위에 네 양과 소로 네 번제와 화목제를 드리라 내가 내 이름을 기념하게 하는 모든 곳에서 네게 임하여 복을 주리라
"The altars you make for me must be simple altars of earth. Offer on such altars your sacrifices to me-- your burnt offerings and peace offerings, your sheep and goats and your cattle. Build altars in the places where I remind you who I am, and I will come and bless you there.

וְ/אִםוְ/אִם מִזְבַּ֤חמִזְבַּ֤ח אֲבָנִים֙אֲבָנִים֙ תַּֽעֲשֶׂהתַּֽעֲשֶׂה לִּ֔/ילִּ֔/י לֹֽאלֹֽא תִבְנֶ֥התִבְנֶ֥ה אֶתְ/הֶ֖ןאֶתְ/הֶ֖ן גָּזִ֑יתגָּזִ֑ית כִּ֧יכִּ֧י חַרְבְּ/ךָ֛חַרְבְּ/ךָ֛ הֵנַ֥פְתָּהֵנַ֥פְתָּ עָלֶ֖י/הָעָלֶ֖י/הָ וַ/תְּחַֽלְלֶֽ/הָוַ/תְּחַֽלְלֶֽ/הָ
네가 내게 돌로 제단을 쌓거든 다듬은 돌로 쌓지 말라 네가 정으로 그것을 쪼면 부정하게 함이니라
If you build altars from stone, use only uncut stones. Do not chip or shape the stones with a tool, for that would make them unfit for holy use.

וְ/לֹֽאוְ/לֹֽא תַעֲלֶ֥התַעֲלֶ֥ה בְ/מַעֲלֹ֖תבְ/מַעֲלֹ֖ת עַֽלעַֽל מִזְבְּחִ֑/ימִזְבְּחִ֑/י אֲשֶׁ֛ראֲשֶׁ֛ר לֹֽאלֹֽא תִגָּלֶ֥התִגָּלֶ֥ה עֶרְוָתְ/ךָ֖עֶרְוָתְ/ךָ֖ עָלָֽי/ועָלָֽי/ו
너는 층계로 내 제단에 오르지 말라 네 하체가 그 위에서 드러날까 함이니라
And you may not approach my altar by steps. If you do, someone might look up under the skirts of your clothing and see your nakedness.
