유다 왕 웃시야의 시대 곧 이스라엘 왕 요아스의 아들 여로보암의 시대 지진 전 이년에 드고아 목자 중 아모스가 이스라엘에 대하여 이상으로 받은 말씀이라
This message was given to Amos, a shepherd from the town of Tekoa in Judah. He received this message in visions two years before the earthquake, when Uzziah was king of Judah and Jeroboam II, the son of Jehoash, was king of Israel.

וַ/יֹּאמַ֓רוַ/יֹּאמַ֓ר יְהוָה֙יְהוָה֙ מִ/צִיּ֣וֹןמִ/צִיּ֣וֹן יִשְׁאָ֔גיִשְׁאָ֔ג וּ/מִ/ירוּשָׁלִַ֖םוּ/מִ/ירוּשָׁלִַ֖ם יִתֵּ֣ןיִתֵּ֣ן קוֹל֑/וֹקוֹל֑/וֹ וְ/אָֽבְלוּ֙וְ/אָֽבְלוּ֙ נְא֣וֹתנְא֣וֹת הָ/רֹעִ֔יםהָ/רֹעִ֔ים וְ/יָבֵ֖שׁוְ/יָבֵ֖שׁ רֹ֥אשׁרֹ֥אשׁ הַ/כַּרְמֶֽלהַ/כַּרְמֶֽל
그가 이르되 여호와께서 시온에서부터 부르짖으시며 예루살렘에서부터 소리를 내시리니 목자의 초장이 마르고 갈멜 산 꼭대기가 마르리로다
This is his report of what he saw and heard: "The LORD's voice roars from his Temple on Mount Zion; he thunders from Jerusalem! Suddenly, the lush pastures of the shepherds dry up. All the grass on Mount Carmel withers and dies."

כֹּ֚הכֹּ֚ה אָמַ֣ראָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֔היְהוָ֔ה עַלעַל שְׁלֹשָׁה֙שְׁלֹשָׁה֙ פִּשְׁעֵ֣יפִּשְׁעֵ֣י דַמֶּ֔שֶׂקדַמֶּ֔שֶׂק וְ/עַלוְ/עַל אַרְבָּעָ֖האַרְבָּעָ֖ה לֹ֣אלֹ֣א אֲשִׁיבֶ֑/נּוּאֲשִׁיבֶ֑/נּוּ דּוּשָׁ֛/םדּוּשָׁ֛/ם בַּ/חֲרֻצ֥וֹתבַּ/חֲרֻצ֥וֹת הַ/בַּרְזֶ֖להַ/בַּרְזֶ֖ל אֶתאֶת הַ/גִּלְעָֽדהַ/גִּלְעָֽד
<이스라엘 이웃 나라에 내리신 심판>여호와께서 이와 같이 말씀하시되 다메섹의 서너 가지 죄로 말미암아 내가 그 벌을 돌이키지 아니하리니 이는 그들이 철 타작기로 타작하듯 길르앗을 압박하였음이라
This is what the LORD says: "The people of Damascus have sinned again and again, and I will not forget it. I will not let them go unpunished any longer! They beat down my people in Gilead as grain is threshed with threshing sledges of iron.

וְ/שִׁלַּ֥חְתִּיוְ/שִׁלַּ֥חְתִּי אֵ֖שׁאֵ֖שׁ בְּ/בֵ֣יתבְּ/בֵ֣ית חֲזָאֵ֑לחֲזָאֵ֑ל וְ/אָכְלָ֖הוְ/אָכְלָ֖ה אַרְמְנ֥וֹתאַרְמְנ֥וֹת בֶּןבֶּן הֲדָֽדהֲדָֽד
내가 하사엘의 집에 불을 보내리니 벤하닷의 궁궐들을 사르리라
So I will send down fire on King Hazael's palace, and the fortresses of King Ben-hadad will be destroyed.

וְ/שָֽׁבַרְתִּי֙וְ/שָֽׁבַרְתִּי֙ בְּרִ֣יחַבְּרִ֣יחַ דַּמֶּ֔שֶׂקדַּמֶּ֔שֶׂק וְ/הִכְרַתִּ֤יוְ/הִכְרַתִּ֤י יוֹשֵׁב֙יוֹשֵׁב֙ מִ/בִּקְעַתמִ/בִּקְעַת אָ֔וֶןאָ֔וֶן וְ/תוֹמֵ֥ךְוְ/תוֹמֵ֥ךְ שֵׁ֖בֶטשֵׁ֖בֶט מִ/בֵּ֣יתמִ/בֵּ֣ית עֶ֑דֶןעֶ֑דֶן וְ/גָל֧וּוְ/גָל֧וּ עַםעַם אֲרָ֛םאֲרָ֛ם קִ֖ירָ/הקִ֖ירָ/ה אָמַ֥ראָמַ֥ר יְהוָֽהיְהוָֽה
내가 다메섹의 빗장을 꺾으며 아웬 골짜기에서 그 주민들을 끊으며 벧에덴에서 규 잡은 자를 끊으리니 아람 백성이 사로잡혀 기르에 이르리라 여호와께서 말씀하셨느니라
I will break down the gates of Damascus and slaughter its people all the way to the valley of Aven. I will destroy the ruler in Beth-eden, and the people of Aram will return to Kir as slaves. I, the LORD, have spoken!"

כֹּ֚הכֹּ֚ה אָמַ֣ראָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֔היְהוָ֔ה עַלעַל שְׁלֹשָׁה֙שְׁלֹשָׁה֙ פִּשְׁעֵ֣יפִּשְׁעֵ֣י עַזָּ֔העַזָּ֔ה וְ/עַלוְ/עַל אַרְבָּעָ֖האַרְבָּעָ֖ה לֹ֣אלֹ֣א אֲשִׁיבֶ֑/נּוּאֲשִׁיבֶ֑/נּוּ הַגְלוֹתָ֛/םהַגְלוֹתָ֛/ם גָּל֥וּתגָּל֥וּת שְׁלֵמָ֖השְׁלֵמָ֖ה לְ/הַסְגִּ֥ירלְ/הַסְגִּ֥יר לֶ/אֱדֽוֹםלֶ/אֱדֽוֹם
여호와께서 이와 같이 말씀하시되 가사의 서너 가지 죄로 말미암아 내가 그 벌을 돌이키지 아니하리니 이는 그들이 모든 사로잡은 자를 끌어 에돔에 넘겼음이라
This is what the LORD says: "The people of Gaza have sinned again and again, and I will not forget it. I will not let them go unpunished any longer! They sent my people into exile, selling them as slaves in Edom.

וְ/שִׁלַּ֥חְתִּיוְ/שִׁלַּ֥חְתִּי אֵ֖שׁאֵ֖שׁ בְּ/חוֹמַ֣תבְּ/חוֹמַ֣ת עַזָּ֑העַזָּ֑ה וְ/אָכְלָ֖הוְ/אָכְלָ֖ה אַרְמְנֹתֶֽי/הָאַרְמְנֹתֶֽי/הָ
내가 가사 성에 불을 보내리니 그 궁귈들을 사르리라
So I will send down fire on the walls of Gaza, and all its fortresses will be destroyed.

וְ/הִכְרַתִּ֤יוְ/הִכְרַתִּ֤י יוֹשֵׁב֙יוֹשֵׁב֙ מֵֽ/אַשְׁדּ֔וֹדמֵֽ/אַשְׁדּ֔וֹד וְ/תוֹמֵ֥ךְוְ/תוֹמֵ֥ךְ שֵׁ֖בֶטשֵׁ֖בֶט מֵֽ/אַשְׁקְל֑וֹןמֵֽ/אַשְׁקְל֑וֹן וַ/הֲשִׁיב֨וֹתִיוַ/הֲשִׁיב֨וֹתִי יָדִ֜/ייָדִ֜/י עַלעַל עֶקְר֗וֹןעֶקְר֗וֹן וְ/אָֽבְדוּ֙וְ/אָֽבְדוּ֙ שְׁאֵרִ֣יתשְׁאֵרִ֣ית פְּלִשְׁתִּ֔יםפְּלִשְׁתִּ֔ים אָמַ֖ראָמַ֖ר אֲדֹנָ֥/יאֲדֹנָ֥/י יְהוִֽהיְהוִֽה
내가 또 아스돗에서 그 주민들과 아스글론에서 규를 잡은 자를 끊고 또 손을 돌이켜 에그론을 치리니 블레셋의 남아 있는 자가 멸망하리라 주 여호와께서 말씀하셨느니라
I will slaughter the people of Ashdod and destroy the king of Ashkelon. Then I will turn to attack Ekron, and the few Philistines still left will be killed. I, the Sovereign LORD, have spoken!"

כֹּ֚הכֹּ֚ה אָמַ֣ראָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֔היְהוָ֔ה עַלעַל שְׁלֹשָׁה֙שְׁלֹשָׁה֙ פִּשְׁעֵיפִּשְׁעֵי צֹ֔רצֹ֔ר וְ/עַלוְ/עַל אַרְבָּעָ֖האַרְבָּעָ֖ה לֹ֣אלֹ֣א אֲשִׁיבֶ֑/נּוּאֲשִׁיבֶ֑/נּוּ עַֽלעַֽל הַסְגִּירָ֞/םהַסְגִּירָ֞/ם גָּל֤וּתגָּל֤וּת שְׁלֵמָה֙שְׁלֵמָה֙ לֶ/אֱד֔וֹםלֶ/אֱד֔וֹם וְ/לֹ֥אוְ/לֹ֥א זָכְר֖וּזָכְר֖וּ בְּרִ֥יתבְּרִ֥ית אַחִֽיםאַחִֽים
여호와께서 이와 같이 말씀하시되 두로의 서너 가지 죄로 말미암아 내가 그 벌을 돌이키지 아니하리니 이는 그들이 그 형제의 계약을 기억하지 아니하고 모든 사로잡은 자를 에돔에 넘겼음이라
This is what the LORD says: "The people of Tyre have sinned again and again, and I will not forget it. I will not let them go unpunished any longer! They broke their treaty of brotherhood with Israel, selling whole villages as slaves to Edom.

וְ/שִׁלַּ֥חְתִּיוְ/שִׁלַּ֥חְתִּי אֵ֖שׁאֵ֖שׁ בְּ/ח֣וֹמַתבְּ/ח֣וֹמַת צֹ֑רצֹ֑ר וְ/אָכְלָ֖הוְ/אָכְלָ֖ה אַרְמְנֹתֶֽי/הָאַרְמְנֹתֶֽי/הָ
내가 두로 성에 불을 보내리니 그 궁궐들을 사르리라
So I will send down fire on the walls of Tyre, and all its fortresses will be destroyed."

כֹּ֚הכֹּ֚ה אָמַ֣ראָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֔היְהוָ֔ה עַלעַל שְׁלֹשָׁה֙שְׁלֹשָׁה֙ פִּשְׁעֵ֣יפִּשְׁעֵ֣י אֱד֔וֹםאֱד֔וֹם וְ/עַלוְ/עַל אַרְבָּעָ֖האַרְבָּעָ֖ה לֹ֣אלֹ֣א אֲשִׁיבֶ֑/נּוּאֲשִׁיבֶ֑/נּוּ רָדְפ֨/וֹרָדְפ֨/וֹ בַ/חֶ֤רֶבבַ/חֶ֤רֶב אָחִי/ו֙אָחִי/ו֙ וְ/שִׁחֵ֣תוְ/שִׁחֵ֣ת רַחֲמָ֔י/ורַחֲמָ֔י/ו וַ/יִּטְרֹ֤ףוַ/יִּטְרֹ֤ף לָ/עַד֙לָ/עַד֙ אַפּ֔/וֹאַפּ֔/וֹ וְ/עֶבְרָת֖/וֹוְ/עֶבְרָת֖/וֹ שְׁמָ֥רָ/השְׁמָ֥רָ/ה נֶֽצַחנֶֽצַח
여호와께서 이와 같이 말씀하시되 에돔의 서너 가지 죄로 말미암아 내가 그 벌을 돌이키지 아니하리니 이는 그가 칼로 그의 형제를 쫓아가며 긍휼을 버리며 항상 맹렬히 화를 내며 분을 끝없이 품었음이라
This is what the LORD says: "The people of Edom have sinned again and again, and I will not forget it. I will not let them go unpunished any longer! They chased down their relatives, the Israelites, with swords. They showed them no mercy and were unrelenting in their anger.

וְ/שִׁלַּ֥חְתִּיוְ/שִׁלַּ֥חְתִּי אֵ֖שׁאֵ֖שׁ בְּ/תֵימָ֑ןבְּ/תֵימָ֑ן וְ/אָכְלָ֖הוְ/אָכְלָ֖ה אַרְמְנ֥וֹתאַרְמְנ֥וֹת בָּצְרָֽהבָּצְרָֽה
내가 데만에 불을 보내리니 보스라의 궁궐들을 사르리라
So I will send down fire on Teman, and the fortresses of Bozrah will be destroyed."

כֹּ֚הכֹּ֚ה אָמַ֣ראָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֔היְהוָ֔ה עַלעַל שְׁלֹשָׁה֙שְׁלֹשָׁה֙ פִּשְׁעֵ֣יפִּשְׁעֵ֣י בְנֵֽיבְנֵֽי עַמּ֔וֹןעַמּ֔וֹן וְ/עַלוְ/עַל אַרְבָּעָ֖האַרְבָּעָ֖ה לֹ֣אלֹ֣א אֲשִׁיבֶ֑/נּוּאֲשִׁיבֶ֑/נּוּ בִּקְעָ/ם֙בִּקְעָ/ם֙ הָר֣וֹתהָר֣וֹת הַ/גִּלְעָ֔דהַ/גִּלְעָ֔ד לְמַ֖עַןלְמַ֖עַן הַרְחִ֥יבהַרְחִ֥יב אֶתאֶת גְּבוּלָֽ/םגְּבוּלָֽ/ם
여호와께서 이와 같이 말씀하시되 암몬 자손의 서너 가지 죄로 말미암아 내가 그 벌을 돌이키지 아니하리니 이는 그들이 자기 지경을 넓히고자 하여 길르앗의 아이 밴 여인의 배를 갈랐음이니라
This is what the LORD says: "The people of Ammon have sinned again and again, and I will not forget it. I will not let them go unpunished any longer! When they attacked Gilead to extend their borders, they committed cruel crimes, ripping open pregnant women with their swords.

וְ/הִצַּ֤תִּיוְ/הִצַּ֤תִּי אֵשׁ֙אֵשׁ֙ בְּ/חוֹמַ֣תבְּ/חוֹמַ֣ת רַבָּ֔הרַבָּ֔ה וְ/אָכְלָ֖הוְ/אָכְלָ֖ה אַרְמְנוֹתֶ֑י/הָאַרְמְנוֹתֶ֑י/הָ בִּ/תְרוּעָה֙בִּ/תְרוּעָה֙ בְּ/י֣וֹםבְּ/י֣וֹם מִלְחָמָ֔המִלְחָמָ֔ה בְּ/סַ֖עַרבְּ/סַ֖עַר בְּ/י֥וֹםבְּ/י֥וֹם סוּפָֽהסוּפָֽה
내가 랍바 성에 불을 놓아 그 궁궐들을 사르되 전쟁의 날에 외침과 회오리바람의 날에 폭풍으로 할 것이며
So I will send down fire on the walls of Rabbah, and all its fortresses will be destroyed. There will be wild shouts during the battle, swirling like a whirlwind in a mighty storm.

וְ/הָלַ֥ךְוְ/הָלַ֥ךְ מַלְכָּ֖/םמַלְכָּ֖/ם בַּ/גּוֹלָ֑הבַּ/גּוֹלָ֑ה ה֧וּאה֧וּא וְ/שָׂרָ֛י/ווְ/שָׂרָ֛י/ו יַחְדָּ֖ויַחְדָּ֖ו אָמַ֥ראָמַ֥ר יְהוָֽהיְהוָֽה
그들의 왕은 그 지도자들과 함께 사로잡혀 가리라 여호와께서 말씀하셨느니라
And their king and his princes will go into exile together. I, the LORD, have spoken!"
